Position: Senior Sales Representative
Location: Dammam, KSA

Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager. You will engage in the following:
  • Identifying sales leads and pitching products or services to prospective clients.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets for your region.
  • Improving the organization's market position for financial growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and managers to maximize revenue.
  • Researching markets to find new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Economics/Industrial Marketing.
  • 56 years of relevant experience with flexible packaging converters.
  • Strong energy, drive, and professionalism.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time under pressure.

  • Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on market conditions, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Customer Follow-up: Maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and updating project databases.
  • Sample Quality Monitoring: Oversee production and packaging of product samples.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related fields.
  • 24 years of experience in coffee sales or related food and beverage products.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle preferred for field visits.
