Education: Bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration.
We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee our finance operations, ensuring strong financial control and compliance with our business objectives. As part of our team, you will manage cash flow, credit risk, and drive process improvements in finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance operations and ensure alignment with company objectives and budgets.
- Perform credit risk analysis and manage cash flow to meet operational needs.
- Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes, particularly in accounts payable and payments.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and conducting variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks for compliance and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an operational finance role.
- Experience in leading a team of 5 or more staff.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Education: Bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration.
