We are looking for a dedicated Construction Technician to join our operations in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Review and count the quantities executed on site.
• Utilize specialized software for calculating quantities.
• Supervise projects and monitor the progress of work.
• Review project plans and ensure accurate quantities.
• Conduct field visits to follow up on the progress of construction.
• Assess business item needs and requirements.
• Audit outstanding payments related to projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification of a diploma.
• At least 6 years of experience in quantity accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
