Join Our Team as a Financial Manager!
At اقام للتطوير - iqam for development, we are searching for a visionary Financial Manager to lead our financial strategies and enhance our operational efficiency. This role will allow you to integrate financial models across various sister companies, producing vital reports that guide our executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and build integrated financial models across sister companies.
  • Generate accurate financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Forecasts).
  • Evaluate new investment and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights to guide executive decisions.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through smart financial systems.
  • Prepare investor decks and support fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with tech and commercial teams on monetization models.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 in startups or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, or Marketplace business models.
  • Proven ability to build scalable financial models.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks, Zoho Finance, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid communication skills in English and strong financial presentation ability.

About the Job:
Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
Working Days and Hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 900 AM to 500 PM

Main Purpose:
The Trainee will support the Finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring effective control over assets, inventory, and accounting processes. This hands-on experience will enhance the trainee’s understanding of financial operations and cost accounting practices.

Area of Responsibility:
  • Maintaining financial records and performing data entry
  • Supporting petty cash
  • Supporting inventory management and physical counts
  • Assisting with cost accounting and expense analysis
  • Supporting financial reporting and statement preparation

Requirements:
Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related fields.

Eligibility Criteria for the Tamheer Program:
  • Must be of Saudi nationality.
  • Must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund website.
  • Must hold a diploma from accredited institutes and technical, health, or administrative colleges, with a duration of at least one academic year (two semesters).
  • Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi or internationally accredited university recognized by the Ministry of Education (must attach the certificate equivalency decision issued by the Ministry of Education if the degree is from a foreign university).
  • Should not have previous work experience in the public or private sector exceeding one calendar year.
  • Age should not exceed 30 calendar years.
  • Should not be currently employed in the public or private sector.
  • Should not be listed as "prohibited" by the Fund.
  • Should not have benefited from the "Training Balance" of the Graduates.
  • Development Program (TAMHEER) with a full benefit of no more than two opportunities totaling 6 months for the two opportunities.
  • Should not be excluded from the Graduates Development Program (TAMHEER).
