المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تنقسم مسؤوليات الباريستا إلى عدة أدوار، ومن الضروري أن يكون كل عضو في الفريق قادرًا على العمل في كل من هذه الأدوار. خلال كل دور، من المتوقع أن يقوم الباريستا:
• بتحية كل ضيف يدخل المتجر في غضون 15 ثانية مع تحية شفهية أو غير شفهية، ابتسامة، وتواصل بالعين.
• يشارك الضيف في محادثة بشكل استباقي.
• يبحث عن فرص للتثقيف والبيع المقترح.
• ينفذ جميع مبادرات الشركة.

وصف الوظيفة:
تحية والتفاعل مع الضيف، توجيه تدفق الضيوف، إعداد وتقديم المنتجات، تشغيل صندوق النقد، التحكم في النقد، والحفاظ على نظافة المتجر.
استقبل الأسئلة وعلّم الضيوف.
اعرف اسم الضيف وتفضيلاته من المشروبات.
اطلب طلبات الضيوف، سجل المبيعات وقدم الباقي بشكل timely.
اصنع مشروبات الإسبريسو، السموذي والمشروبات الباردة، وقدم المشروبات في أقل من 3 دقائق.
تحدث مع الضيوف أثناء صنع المشروبات، إذا سمح الوقت.
تشغيل آلة الإسبريسو.
تحديد كل مشروب عند التسليم.
إعداد جميع المشروبات وفقًا لمعايير كافيه كودو.
صنع جميع المشروبات وفقًا لوصفات كافيه كودو.
تقديم المشروبات بشكل جذاب، دون انسكابات أو كريمة مخفوقة تتدفق.
إكمال جميع المهام الجانبية وقوائم التحقق.
الحفاظ على نظافة مناطق الباريستا والضيوف.

المؤهلات الدنيا:
التعليم الثانوي.
2 سنوات في وظيفة مشابهة.
يتحدث العربية والإنجليزية.
مهارات تواصل جيدة.
