Join Our Team as a Mocktail Maker / Barista!
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mocktail Maker / Barista to join our dynamic team at SIHAMCO. As a part of our innovative hospitality environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through your passion for crafting beautiful and flavorful non-alcoholic beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mocktail Creation: Prepare and present a variety of mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, juices, herbs, and creative garnishes.
  • Coffee & Beverage Service: Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages to standard recipes.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Stock & Hygiene: Manage inventory of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a barista or mocktail maker.
  • Strong understanding of non-alcoholic mixology and coffee preparation techniques.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail in drink presentation.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
يخلق تجربة لا تُنسى لكل ضيف من خلال تقديم خدمة سريعة وودية، ومنتجات عالية الجودة وبيئة نظيفة وآمنة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تنقسم مسؤوليات الباريستا إلى عدة أدوار، ومن الضروري أن يكون كل عضو في الفريق قادرًا على العمل في كل من هذه الأدوار. خلال كل دور، من المتوقع أن يقوم الباريستا:
• بتحية كل ضيف يدخل المتجر في غضون 15 ثانية مع تحية شفهية أو غير شفهية، ابتسامة، وتواصل بالعين.

اعرف اسم الضيف وتفضيلاته من المشروبات.
اطلب طلبات الضيوف، سجل المبيعات وقدم الباقي بشكل timely.
اصنع مشروبات الإسبريسو، السموذي والمشروبات الباردة، وقدم المشروبات في أقل من 3 دقائق.
تحدث مع الضيوف أثناء صنع المشروبات، إذا سمح الوقت.
تشغيل آلة الإسبريسو.
تحديد كل مشروب عند التسليم.
إعداد جميع المشروبات وفقًا لمعايير كافيه كودو.
صنع جميع المشروبات وفقًا لوصفات كافيه كودو.
تقديم المشروبات بشكل جذاب، دون انسكابات أو كريمة مخفوقة تتدفق.
إكمال جميع المهام الجانبية وقوائم التحقق.

We are looking for passionate individuals who excel in delivering great customer service and have an undeniable love for coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties that ensure a wonderful experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve various beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea efficiently.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of beverages by following specific recipes and standards.
  • Engage with customers, take orders, answer queries, and make beverage recommendations.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized, ensuring the coffee preparation and serving stations are in perfect order.
  • Maintain equipment for coffee brewing and ensure it is in working condition.
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
  • Follow health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong passion for coffee with knowledge of different types and brewing techniques.
