Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Develop operational plans and performance indicators to meet strategic objectives.
• Monitor the performance of departments and operational teams and enhance productivity.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and control of operational costs.
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, HR, Sales).
• Analyze operational reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Implement operational policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in operations or management.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in planning, time management, and problem-solving.
• Competence in computer programs and operational reporting.
