نحن نبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال ذو خبرة لدعم استراتيجيتنا للنمو في السوق السعودي. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تحديد فرص العمل الجديدة، وتعزيز علاقات العملاء، والمساهمة في توسع الشركة في مجالات البناء والتأثيث.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحديد وتطوير والسعي وراء فرص العمل الجديدة داخل سوق البناء والتأثيث السعودي.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمطورين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
  • مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمشاريع القادمة وخطوط العطاءات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
  • إعداد خطط تطوير الأعمال وتقارير الذكاء السوقي وتقييم الفرص.
  • التنسيق عن كثب مع فرق التقدير والعطاءات والفنيين خلال مراحل التأهيل المسبق والعطاءات.
  • تمثيل الشركة في اجتماعات العملاء والأحداث الصناعية والمنتديات التجارية.
  • دعم المفاوضات والمساهمة في تأمين عقود جديدة وشراكات طويلة الأمد.
  • ضمان التوافق بين أنشطة تطوير الأعمال وأهداف الشركة الاستراتيجية.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة تتراوح بين 5-7 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال داخل سوق البناء و/أو التأثيث السعودي.
  • سجل حافل في تأمين المشاريع وتطوير علاقات العملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية أمر إلزامي؛ مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.
  • فهم قوي للسوق السعودي، وفهم مشهد العملاء، وعمليات الشراء.
  • مهارات تفاوض وعرض وتواصل ممتازة.

  • بناء العلاقات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • استخبارات السوق وتقييم الفرص.

  • Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and procurement cycles.
  • Established network within government organizations and financial institutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
