Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Sales to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience selling IT solutions and IT services. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, sales, and business development capabilities. We are looking for a go-getter with experience and knowledge of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by selling IT solutions and services.
Develop and expand business opportunities in the market.
Build and manage a robust individual sales pipeline.
Design and implement successful individual sales strategies.
Demonstrate expertise in CRM, Call Center, and BPO-focused industries and solutions.
Translate technical products and services into value-driven business solutions.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Display strong motivation, initiative, and a passion for achieving goals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions and services.
Track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
Deep understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO-related solutions.
Additional experience with Salesforce, Odoo, and MS Dynamics will be an additional plus.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

نبحث في شركة "المحتوى الفريد لتقنية المعلومات" عن قائد مبيعات طموح ومتميز للانضمام إلى فريق نظام "مستند" (حل سحابي متكامل لإدارة المستندات). الهدف من هذه الوظيفة ليس فقط إدارة المبيعات، بل بناء وتطوير منظومة بيع متكاملة تساهم في توسع النظام داخل السوق السعودي.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

بناء وتطوير هيكل داخلي واضح لعمليات البيع (Sales Process) من مرحلة الاستقطاب وحتى إغلاق الصفقات.
تقديم عروض توضيحية (Demos) احترافية للمنتج تبرز القيمة المضافة لنظام "مستند".
إدارة واستخدام أدوات المبيعات المتقدمة مثل (HubSpot) و (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) بكفاءة عالية.
بناء وتدريب فريق المبيعات وتوجيههم لتحقيق المستهدفات، مع التركيز على مهارات التأسيس والقيادة.
تطوير استراتيجيات مبيعات موجهة لقطاع الشركات (B2B SaaS).

المؤهلات والمتطلبات الأساسية:

الخبرة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات الحلول التقنية (SaaS) ويفضل من لديه تجربة سابقة في الشركات الناشئة (Startups).
المهارات التقنية: إتقان تام للتعامل مع HubSpot و Sales Navigator.
القدرة القيادية: امتلاك مهارات بناء الفرق من الصفر (Team Building) وليس الإدارة التقليدية فقط.
السمات الشخصية: القدرة على التعلم السريع، المرونة، ومهارات تفاوض استثنائية.
