Join Accor as a Sales Manager!
As a key player in the hospitality industry, you will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Your main responsibilities will include:

Establishing and maintaining a reference library and market research to keep abreast of trends and selling techniques.
Going on sales trips to promote and solicit business for the hotel.
Maintaining close contacts in the community, airlines, travel agencies, and commercial houses to procure new business.
Organizing and promoting projects to stimulate Food & Beverage sales.
Coordinating room reservations and customer inquiries with the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments.
Preparing and executing direct mail campaigns to generate local interest in the hotel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel or related industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
