Job Announcement: Café Operations Manager –
Riyadh City


A leading café in Riyadh City announces its need for an experienced and competent Operations Manager to manage and operate (3) branches and ensure the best services are provided.


🔹 Tasks and Responsibilities:


• Complete supervision of the operation of 3 branches and ensuring the quality of service and products.
• Managing employees (recruitment – training – monitoring – motivation).
• Monitoring sales and profits and achieving operational goals.
• Developing products and following up on competitors to raise the level of excellence.
• Managing inventory and purchases and reducing waste.
• Preparing periodic operational reports and submitting them to management.



🔹 Requirements:


• Proven experience in managing and operating cafés or restaurants.
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Practical and flexible personality with strong communication skills.
• A valid driving license + a car for transportation between branches in Riyadh City is required.
• It is preferred that the applicant is a native of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
