About the Role: Join ITB Company as a Sales Assistance, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. You will be responsible for managing sales documentation and schedules while contributing to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills and Abilities: Proficient in reporting and English language.
Requirements: Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, negotiating beneficial terms for clients.
- Create and distribute presentations to aid the sales team in generating leads.
- Monitor inventory and track new products for sale.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through prompt email responses and phone orders.
- Maintain communication with sales representatives for efficient order processing.
- Collaborate in weekly sales meetings, maintaining month-end sales reports.
