Responsibilities
The Legal Advisor will play a critical role in the firm’s daily legal operations, which includes:

• Drafting & Advisory: Create and review legal documents, including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Client Consultation: Deliver practical legal advice and formulate recommendations for complex corporate transactions.
• Document Analysis: Analyze and summarize intricate legal documents, propose amendments, and maintain attention to detail.
• Diligence Support: Support legal due diligence and assist in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Litigation Preparation: Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings.
• Workflow Management: Manage legal workflow, create work plans, and track billable hours effectively.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Content Drafting: Draft legal articles and newsletters to enhance institutional knowledge and client communication.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; an * is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in reputable law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial laws.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate as a team member.

An exciting opportunity is available for Legal Counsel at Tasnee Group.
In this vital role, you will report to the Litigation and Commercial Manager in Riyadh and be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, modifying, and negotiating contracts, claims, and other contractual terms.
• Allocating contractual risks with mitigation suggestions for management approval.
• Negotiating product and service contracts, settlement agreements, and master agreements.
• Identifying and resolving complex problems related to contract language and procedures.
• Monitoring outsourced legal work to ensure compliance with Tasnee Group standards.
• Representing Tasnee Group in arbitrations and mediations.
• Handling corporate matters as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- ** or equivalent degree from an accredited law school (LLM or JD is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in legal drafting and contract negotiation.
- Experience in diverse environments.

Skills:
