Job Objective:
Supervise and manage production cells, ensuring qualified personnel are available to execute the production plan efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly communications regarding staff feedback and site events.
• Define maintenance priorities and objectives for employee training on digital tools.
• Manage human resources by planning production cell organization according to workload.
• Communicate changes and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and HR procedures.
• Lead improvement projects and audit operators on associated documents weekly.

Work Experience Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role.

Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Technical skills in team management.
• Leadership, adaptability, and effective communication skills.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
