Your Role:
- Assess market conditions and define partner strategies to increase market share for Siemens products.
- Acquire and develop Solution Partners for the BMS and KNX portfolio.
- Ensure efficient sales support for all partners and customers.
- Conduct customer visits and strategic activities in your designated territory.
- Build and maintain a customer-focused network.
- Spot opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
- Negotiate proposals and ensure timely customer support through collaboration with internal teams.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in the BMS industry, preferably with Siemens or similar brands.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and Building Management Systems.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
