Join Our Team as a Sales Engineer – ELV!
Are you passionate about sales and technology? We are looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer – ELV to join our dynamic team at Specialized security service. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and developing client relationships while promoting our advanced ELV and low-current solutions including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV systems.
Meet clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with tendering and engineering teams for pricing and technical support.
Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Achieve sales targets and support company growth.
Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Experience in sales of ELV / low-current systems.
Basic technical knowledge of ELV solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة: يلعب مهندس المبيعات دورًا رئيسيًا في دفع نمو الأعمال من خلال دمج المعرفة التقنية مع قدرات المبيعات القوية لتلبية احتياجات مجموعة واسعة من العملاء. هذه الوظيفة مثالية للمرشحين الذين لديهم خبرة في صناعة البناء، حيث يعد فهم مواصفات المشاريع والمواد ومتطلبات الإعداد أمرًا أساسيًا.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

المبيعات وإدارة العملاء:
- تحديد وتأمين فرص عمل جديدة في مشاريع البناء، والتجهيزات، والهياكل المؤقتة.
- الاجتماع مع العملاء لفهم احتياجات المشروع، والميزانية، والجداول الزمنية، والمواصفات الفنية.
- عرض منتجات الشركة وخدماتها والحلول التقنية المخصصة لبيئات البناء.
- بناء والحفاظ على خط عملاء قوي، مع ضمان رضا عالٍ وشراكات طويلة الأجل.
الحلول التقنية والمشاريع:
- تحليل الرسومات، وكشوف الكميات، والمواصفات الفنية، وملاحظات العملاء لتقديم حلول دقيقة.
- التوصية بالمواد والهياكل بناءً على متطلبات المشروع.
- التعاون مع الفرق الفنية والتصميم والإنتاج وإدارة المشاريع لضمان الجدوى.
العروض والوثائق:
- دعم ردود RFP/RFQ على العطاءات.
- الحفاظ على الوثائق والملاحظات الخاصة بالمشاريع محدثة في نظام CRM.
تنسيق المشاريع:
- دعم الانتقال السلس من المبيعات إلى التكلفة، مع ضمان وضوح جميع التفاصيل التقنية.
رؤية السوق والصناعة:
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات في التصميم ومواد البناء والحلول الهيكلية.
- مراقبة عروض المنافسين وتقديم مدخلات استراتيجية للتحسينات.
الأداء والتقارير:
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.
- تقديم توقعات المبيعات وتقارير الأداء.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، المدنية، الصناعية) أو مجال ذي صلة.
يفضل: 5 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة مبيعات صناعة البناء في المملكة العربية السعودية.
فهم قوي للهياكل ومواد البناء.
مهارات اتصال وتفاوض ممتازة.
القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وكشوف الكميات.
إجادة أدوات CRM وMicrosoft Office.
رخصة قيادة سارية لزيارات المواقع.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell our racking systems to various sectors including warehouses, retailers, and logistics. Develop new customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Technical Solution Selling: Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable racking layouts. Collaborate with engineering teams to create effective solutions.
Project & Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring project specifications and approvals are met.
Quotation & Contract Management: Prepare technical and commercial quotations, and negotiate project terms.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong ties with clients, conducting site visits and resolving issues related to delivery or performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

In this pivotal role, you will support service sales operations and negotiate contracts to enhance Otis’s market share. You will ensure the operational team meets all contractual terms and conditions while executing strategies for unit recovery.
