  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in the fire protection, electromechanical, or HVAC sectors.
  • A willingness to travel to meet clients as necessary.

سيعمل مهندس المبيعات كحلقة وصل فنية بين ممثلي المبيعات والعملاء المحتملين في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستوجه خبرتك العملاء خلال اختيار ونشر حلول الأمان من تريند مايكرو من الجيل التالي، بالتعاون الوثيق مع فريق المبيعات لدينا وتطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تقديم المشورة الموثوقة للعملاء، وفهم احتياجاتهم واستراتيجياتهم التقنية.
  • التفاعل بعمق مع العملاء طوال رحلة تجربة الانضمام والمنتج.
  • تقديم العروض التقديمية الفنية وجلسات التدريب حول حلول تريند مايكرو.
  • تطوير علاقات وثيقة مع العملاء والمساعدة في التأثير على قراراتهم التقنية.
  • المشاركة بنشاط في الفعاليات الصناعية ومشاركة المعرفة كمتحدث أو عضو في لجنة.

الخبرة المطلوبة:
  • حد أدنى 3 سنوات من الدعم المسبق للمبيعات وخبرة تسليم الحلول.
  • معرفة قوية بعمليات مركز العمليات الأمنية وقدرات تحليل الأمان.
  • مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • معرفة بخدمات السحابة مثل Microsoft O365 وAzure وAWS هي ميزة إضافية.

Role Overview
Location: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for motivated Sales Engineers to join our team. If you are passionate about engineering, construction innovation, and client success — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell innovative building material solutions to clients and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Navigate approval processes with consultants and authorities for project specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
