Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in the fire protection, electromechanical, or HVAC sectors.
  • A willingness to travel to meet clients as necessary.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • المبيعات وإدارة العملاء:
    • تحديد وتأمين فرص عمل جديدة في مشاريع البناء، والتجهيزات، والهياكل المؤقتة.
    • الاجتماع مع العملاء لفهم احتياجات المشروع، والميزانية، والجداول الزمنية، والمواصفات الفنية.
    • عرض منتجات الشركة وخدماتها والحلول التقنية المخصصة لبيئات البناء.
    • بناء والحفاظ على خط عملاء قوي، مع ضمان رضا عالٍ وشراكات طويلة الأجل.
  • الحلول التقنية والمشاريع:
    • تحليل الرسومات، وكشوف الكميات، والمواصفات الفنية، وملاحظات العملاء لتقديم حلول دقيقة.
    • التوصية بالمواد والهياكل بناءً على متطلبات المشروع.
    • التعاون مع الفرق الفنية والتصميم والإنتاج وإدارة المشاريع لضمان الجدوى.
  • العروض والوثائق:
    • دعم ردود RFP/RFQ على العطاءات.
    • الحفاظ على الوثائق والملاحظات الخاصة بالمشاريع محدثة في نظام CRM.
  • تنسيق المشاريع:
    • دعم الانتقال السلس من المبيعات إلى التكلفة، مع ضمان وضوح جميع التفاصيل التقنية.
  • رؤية السوق والصناعة:
    • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات في التصميم ومواد البناء والحلول الهيكلية.
    • مراقبة عروض المنافسين وتقديم مدخلات استراتيجية للتحسينات.
  • الأداء والتقارير:
    • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.
    • تقديم توقعات المبيعات وتقارير الأداء.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، المدنية، الصناعية) أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضل: 5 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة مبيعات صناعة البناء في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • فهم قوي للهياكل ومواد البناء.
  • مهارات اتصال وتفاوض ممتازة.
  • القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وكشوف الكميات.
  • إجادة أدوات CRM وMicrosoft Office.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية لزيارات المواقع.
