Join Alrajhi First Holding as a Head Waiter!
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Head Waiter to oversee the daily operations of the dining area in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service and coordinating the staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations and supervise food and beverage service.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and work closely with the kitchen for seamless service.
  • Ensure the dining area meets high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in food & beverage and food service operations.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation processes.
  • Leadership abilities with prior experience supervising staff in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
