نبحث عن منسق تخليص جمركي لدعم وتعزيز أعمال قسم اللوجستيات والتخليص الجمركي في الرياض. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة تنسيق الشحنات القادمة إلى موانئ المملكة العربية السعودية وضمان إتمام إجراءات التخليص الجمركي وتسليمها إلى مقر الشركة بكفاءة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • متابعة إجراءات التخليص الجمركي للشحنات الواردة.
  • فهم وإدارة رموز النظام المنسق (HS Codes) الخاصة بمنتجات الشركة.
  • تسجيل الشحنات الواردة وإتمام الموافقات المطلوبة مثل SAV وBER قبل وصول الشحنة.
  • التنسيق والتفاوض بشأن نقل الشحنات من الميناء إلى مستودعات الشركة.
  • متابعة والتعامل مع مخلصي الجمارك ومقارنة الأسعار وجودة الخدمة لاختيار الأنسب.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال مع المستودع فيما يخص الشحنات الواردة.
  • التواصل مع الموردين الدوليين باللغة الإنجليزية.

المتطلبات:
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
  • القدرة والرغبة في تعلم إجراءات التخليص الجمركي.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال اللوجستيات و التخليص الجمركي.
  • مقر العمل: الرياض.
