About the Accountant Role

شركه تبراك نجد للمقاولات is seeking an Accountant to manage financial documentation and revenue collection. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize disbursement documents.
Follow up on revenue collection and associated documentation.
Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
Prepare accounting entries and accurately record financial transactions.
Audit bank accounts and perform necessary reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
Audit financial claims to ensure legal and financial completeness.
Monitor current and capital expenditures based on the monthly financial position of budget items.
Prepare the financial position statements and monthly summaries.
Prepare annual closing accounts.
Develop and refine accounting methods and procedures.
Stay informed about scientific and technical developments in the accounting field.
Prepare specialized documents and reports in expense and revenue accounting, saving them in the dedicated database.

Required Qualifications

Candidates are expected to have between 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience. A solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices is essential for this role.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in financial data analysis.
Experience in preparing accounting entries and financial transaction recording.
Ability to conduct bank audits and reconciliations.
Skill in report preparation and document management for expenses and revenues.
Competence in auditing financial claims.
Understanding of expenditure monitoring and budget item financial positions.
Capability to prepare financial position statements and annual closing accounts.
