About the Assistant Manager - Assets Infrastructure Delivery Role

Qiddiya is seeking an Assistant Manager for Assets Infrastructure Delivery to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology infrastructure projects across its assets and developments in the Riyadh Province. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, aligning with business requirements, project timelines, and organizational standards.

Core Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects, including the implementation of network, connectivity, workplace technology, security, and data center solutions. Key duties involve monitoring project schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely completion, and supporting the transition of completed projects to operational teams.

Project Planning and Coordination

This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and technology vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include assisting in the review of project requirements and technical designs, supporting infrastructure capacity planning, and tracking project progress to provide regular status updates to management.

Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement

Effective management of relationships with external vendors, service providers, and contractors is essential. The Assistant Manager will coordinate vendor activities, deliverables, and schedules, and support procurement processes, including technical evaluations and contract execution. Facilitating meetings with business and technical stakeholders is also a key aspect of this function.

Governance and Reporting

Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and governance records is required. This includes preparing project dashboards, progress reports, risk registers, and executive presentations. The role also involves monitoring project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure adherence to organizational standards and governance frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, technology project management, or enterprise infrastructure operations is required. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or CCNA are preferred.
