About the Business Performance Analyst Role

Aon in the Middle East is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting business and workforce data to provide management with actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. The role is integral to driving operational efficiency and business growth through data-driven reporting and analytics.

Core Responsibilities

The Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for a range of analytical and reporting duties:

• Analyzing business, operational, and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining management dashboards and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
• Developing forecasts for headcount, revenue, productivity, and operational requirements.
• Conducting scenario modeling and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Designing and automating reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Transforming complex data into clear insights for leadership.
• Identifying key business drivers impacting company performance.
• Reviewing reporting processes and recommending efficiency improvements, including automation of manual activities.
• Participating in digital transformation and data governance initiatives.
• Working closely with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence roles.

Technical and Soft Skills

Proficiency in the following areas is essential:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Data visualization and dashboard development capabilities.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Project management capabilities.

Work Location and Environment

This role is based in our offices in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time and operates within a collaborative working environment designed to support professional development.
