About the Business Intelligence Analyst Role

Foreground is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position will support the enterprise's strategic decision-making and AI adoption initiatives by strengthening its enterprise reporting capabilities.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the enterprise's reporting infrastructure. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be instrumental in developing comprehensive data insights and reports that directly support strategic planning and the integration of Artificial Intelligence across the operating companies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, executive reports, performance metrics, and analytical insights to support AI initiatives across the Group.
• Collect and analyze operational and commercial data to identify key trends and patterns.
• Prepare management reports that provide clear and actionable information.
• Support AI Business Consultants in evaluating new opportunities and measuring the business outcomes of implemented strategies.
• Contribute to enterprise data quality initiatives to ensure the reliability of reporting.
• Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of executive analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a background in one or more of the following areas: business intelligence, reporting, analytics, finance, or corporate performance management. Strong proficiency with reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL is highly desirable.
