The Opportunity: Chef Assistant (Bakery & Pastry)

Keglu Bakery is seeking a dedicated Chef Assistant (Bakery & Pastry) to support our bakery and pastry operations. This full-time role involves assisting in the preparation of our specialized products while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef directly in the preparation of various bakery and pastry products.
Accurately prepare ingredients according to established recipes and specifications.
Support the baking, decorating, and finishing processes for all products.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness for all workstations and kitchen equipment.
Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
Help manage stock levels and organize ingredients efficiently within the kitchen.
Assist with general daily kitchen operations as required.
Ensure that all finished products consistently meet defined quality standards.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a bakery or pastry environment, ideally in a Chef Assistant or similar support role.

Work Type and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Salary will be determined and discussed during the interview process, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
