About the Role

BTranz is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to oversee IT Risk & Compliance. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity. The role focuses on ensuring robust security postures, managing compliance, and mitigating risks for key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer security leadership, IT, risk/compliance, and engineering teams.
• Lead security governance cadences, including posture reviews, risk discussions, and roadmap alignment.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environments, threat models, and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on cloud security controls and best practices, including IAM/SSO/MFA, encryption, segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Collaborate with internal security specialists on advanced security topics such as crypto/KMS/HSM, workload isolation, data residency, and Zero Trust.
• Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and policies.
• Monitor systems and networks for threats and manage incident response.
• Ensure compliance with local and international security standards.
• Lead security teams and provide technical and managerial guidance.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data and operational protection.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (OCI, AWS, Azure) and its security implications.
• Background in security consulting, cloud security architecture, or enterprise risk/GRC in regulated industries.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, or ISO 27001 LI/LA.
• Proven experience handling complex escalations and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with customer security assurance processes, including audit requests, pen test coordination, and attestations.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks (*, ISO 27001, NCA).
• Relevant graduation degree.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The work type is full-time, with the possibility of hybrid or remote work as needed.
