About Rose Sweets and the Role

Rose Sweets is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our Production Department in Riyadh. This is a full-time position crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of production orders and efficient coordination within the department.

Role Purpose

The Dispatcher plays a central role in managing the lifecycle of production orders, from initial receipt to final handover. This position involves meticulous data entry, order conversion, tracking, and ensuring accuracy across all stages, directly supporting the production team's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately enter branch orders into the system.
• Convert received orders into production work orders and monitor their execution within the department.
• Manage and track product returns, ensuring proper documentation within the system.
• Continuously and accurately update all relevant data and processes using the ERP system.
• Verify the accuracy of orders and quantities before they are handed over.
• Deliver completed orders to the Logistics Department.
• Collaborate effectively as an integral part of the production team to maintain a seamless workflow.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or a diploma degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar dispatch or production coordination role.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
