About the General Accountant Role at MOREX

MOREX is seeking a General Accountant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers a salary range of SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625 per month. The role is suited for individuals with 1-3 years of accounting experience looking to contribute to financial operations.

Role Overview

The General Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance department. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle financial data effectively and contribute to the smooth functioning of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Manage and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in an accounting role, ideally between 1 to 3 years.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Familiarity with ODOO software is required.
• Ability to work accurately and maintain compliance in a demanding environment.
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
