Guest Experience Expert at W Hotels, Riyadh

W Hotels, a brand within Marriott International, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences.

Role Purpose

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for creating a unique and memorable stay for guests, extending beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. This role involves taking initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services that guide guests throughout their entire visit, ensuring all interactions contribute to a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing operational needs efficiently.
  • Addressing guest requests promptly and effectively.
  • Completing required reports accurately.
  • Sharing highlights and recommendations regarding the local area.
  • Ensuring that all transactions are integrated as part of the overall guest experience.

Professionals in this position are expected to uphold quality standards and ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around, requiring the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The role also involves a hands-on approach, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
