About the Role

View is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The specialist will contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily HR operations and employee affairs.
Prepare and maintain employment contracts, and update employee records and personnel files.
Handle employee-related procedures through government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee clearance procedures.
Monitor employee leaves, attendance, entitlements, and allowances.
Prepare HR reports and data, and support payroll-related processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and related requirements.
Monitor Saudization and Nitaqat requirements and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Good experience with HR-related government platforms.
Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, regulations, and related requirements.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage HR operations within a dynamic environment.
