About the Role

AIQU is seeking an Infrastructure System Integration Specialist with expertise in Microsoft and Red Hat migration. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the comprehensive design, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise IT infrastructure.

Role Overview

The specialist will manage and evolve critical IT infrastructure components across diverse environments. This includes Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, various virtualization platforms, and hybrid cloud solutions. A key aspect of this role involves performing essential infrastructure migrations and ensuring seamless system integration to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage core Microsoft services, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, IIS, PKI, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering.
• Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, Red Hat Satellite, and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting languages such as Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Implement and manage virtualization solutions, specifically VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Execute infrastructure migrations across various platforms, including Windows, Active Directory, Linux, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Apply security hardening measures, perform patching, and manage vulnerabilities across systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, optimize system performance, and produce comprehensive technical documentation such as High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), migration plans, and runbooks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, integration, and support.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments and Red Hat Linux administration.
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation principles and tools.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a professional IT infrastructure team at AIQU. The role requires hands-on involvement in complex system integration and migration projects, contributing to the stability and evolution of enterprise IT systems.
