About the Role

ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is recruiting for a Kitchen Sales Manager on behalf of a leading residential kitchen solutions company. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is focused on driving B2B sales within the residential development sector.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will function as an Enterprise Sales Executive, responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key industry players. The primary objective is to expand the market presence and sales of premium residential kitchen solutions across various projects and developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing corporate accounts.
• Drive sales of premium residential kitchen solutions across projects and developments.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–8 years of B2B/Corporate sales experience.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
  • Modular Kitchens
  • Joinery
  • Interior Fit-Out
• A relationship-driven sales approach with a focus on premium residential solutions.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position requiring a presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role demands a professional capable of managing client relationships and sales processes effectively within the local market.
