About the Role

Samama Company for Operation and Management is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance procedures to accurately determine the type, nature, and scope of required maintenance activities.
• Estimate the quantity and cost of materials necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Assign tasks and duties to maintenance team members based on their capabilities and expertise.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and achievements of the maintenance team.
• Identify training needs for maintenance personnel and develop their skills, or recommend enrollment in specialized training programs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Classify, arrange, document, and maintain records of results and work reports.

Role Execution

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for preparing comprehensive work plans and programs. This includes following up on procedures to define the specifics of maintenance work, distributing tasks effectively to the work team, and designing training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities. A key aspect of this role involves preparing and overseeing the execution of the preventive maintenance program.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position are expected to have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance supervision or a related field. A strong understanding of maintenance procedures, team management, and program development is essential for success in this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage and supervise maintenance operations.
