About the Role

Foreground is seeking a Managing Director to lead the retail fashion operations for a prominent fashion retail group with a significant presence across Saudi Arabia. This group manages a portfolio of multiple international and regional brands. The role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position.

Core Responsibilities

The Managing Director will be responsible for the overall retail performance across the fashion brands. Key areas of oversight include merchandising, operations, marketing, and the development and execution of expansion strategies. A primary focus will be on driving profitability, enhancing brand positioning, and improving customer engagement. This leadership role involves managing senior management teams and fostering partnerships with brand principals. The position carries full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility and significant strategic influence.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this position must possess substantial senior leadership experience within the fashion or lifestyle retail sectors. A strong understanding of the Saudi retail market dynamics is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven commercial leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of brand management, and a high degree of operational discipline. Prior experience managing multi-brand portfolios is considered a significant advantage.
