Overview of the Role

Reef Group is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is for a CRM Business Partner (CRM Consultant) responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The role requires strong technical and functional expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce, to align solutions with business objectives and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall CRM strategy, planning, and execution across the organization.
Manage and optimize CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee integration between CRM and enterprise systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance within CRM systems.
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
Manage CRM upgrades, enhancements, and system performance.
Drive user adoption, training, and best practices across teams.
Lead and mentor CRM team members and external vendors when required.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in CRM system strategy, implementation, and management. The position requires a professional with a proven track record of aligning CRM solutions with business objectives and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
