About the Role

C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Mid Senior Healthcare Deployment Strategist to join a pioneering AI healthcare company. This organization is developing autonomous AI clinicians designed for large-scale deployment across hospitals, national health systems, and ministries of health. The company collaborates with leading healthcare organizations to redefine clinical operations using advanced AI, and is backed by experienced founders with a track record of building successful companies.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As one of the initial Deployment Strategists, you will play a key role in establishing the company's deployment framework. This position involves owning strategic healthcare partnerships from initial engagement through long-term implementation, and contributing to the company's expansion across the Middle East. The role requires a proactive approach to developing processes and methodologies rather than following existing playbooks.

• Own enterprise healthcare partnerships from discovery through long-term deployment.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, health systems, and government stakeholders.
• Drive customer deployments in collaboration with engineering, product, and clinical teams.
• Support business development and strategic pursuits alongside leadership.
• Design and improve deployment methodologies, operational playbooks, and best practices.
• Solve complex operational challenges within live customer engagements.
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in deployment, strategy, or operations within complex environments. Experience in healthcare is highly preferred.

• 4–10 years of experience in deployment, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, enterprise technology, operations, or customer-facing implementation roles.
• Proven experience deploying complex technology solutions within large, regulated organizations; healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical literacy and understanding of healthcare delivery models.
• Experience managing senior enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• High degree of ownership, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and building new processes from scratch.

Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be particularly well-suited for this role:

• Experience with top-tier consulting firms (*, McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Background in healthcare or digital health consulting.
• Experience as a founder or early employee at a high-growth startup.
• Experience as a health system operator or healthcare technology leader.
• Enterprise software deployment or implementation.
• Work within clinical AI, HealthTech, or regulated technology environments.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates are expected to be based in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates. Regional travel will be required.
