About the Operation Coordinator Logistics Role

Ferrari Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Coordinator to join its Logistics team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the end-to-end coordination of import/export shipments and domestic transportation activities, including deliveries and pickups. The role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners, ensuring effective communication, accurate system updates, and efficient operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate import/export shipments, encompassing scheduling, tracking, deliveries, and pickups.
Communicate effectively with customers, network offices, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates of Proof of Delivery (POD).
Escalate shipment issues, including delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies, to the appropriate parties.
Provide support for warehouse and physical handling activities as required.
Offer daily customer support regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
Knowledge of customs documentation and Saudi logistics procedures is preferred.

Technical and Soft Competencies

Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking platforms.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to documentation accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or European languages is an advantage.
Effective time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
