We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing projects focused on customer experience, compliance, inspection, and field operations. The Project Manager will manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, reporting, and delivery. The position requires strong stakeholder management, effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and proven experience managing large-scale operational projects within government, consulting, or service-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance through regular reporting and status updates.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues impacting project success.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Oversee field operations, inspections, assessments, or customer experience programs as required by project scope.
• Ensure compliance with project methodologies, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, executive summaries, and performance dashboards to senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to project execution processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in managing government, consulting, inspection, compliance, customer experience, or field operation projects.
• Strong proficiency in project planning, governance, reporting, client coordination, risk management, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer experience measurement, mystery beneficiary, or mystery shopping programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and reporting platforms.

Additional Information

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The required experience for this role is 5-10 years.

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer experience, mystery shopping, insurance, compliance, auditing, or quality assurance projects. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent are advantageous. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
