About the Role

شركة رواد الإنشاءات الحديثة القابضة is seeking a Purchase Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure the acquisition of necessary materials and services at the best possible prices while maintaining quality standards. This role involves market analysis, supplier evaluation, and meticulous record-keeping to support organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the material needs and requirements of various organizational units.
• Conduct market surveys and specialized studies to secure the best purchase prices and required material quality from suppliers, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Supervise the process of receiving and evaluating offers from service providers in coordination with other administrative units, ensuring compliance with administrative procedures.
• Build and maintain a database of prices for frequently consumed materials and their key suppliers.
• Maintain integrated files for various purchasing operations according to the approved system.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to purchasing activities, presenting recommendations and solutions, and saving them in the database.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Ability to evaluate organizational material needs and prioritize purchases.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining price databases for materials and suppliers.
• Skill in preparing specialized purchasing documents and reports.
