MEMF Ideal Technical Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to drive sales growth within the Smart Metering sector. MEMF Ideal Technical Solutions specializes in integrated energy management products, offering advanced metering solutions, energy management, and grid communication networks.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities across utility, energy, industrial, and infrastructure markets. The Sales Manager will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract award, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders including utility companies, government entities, and contractors. A key aspect of the role is promoting the company’s Smart Metering portfolio, which includes AMI, AMR, MDM, and related energy management solutions. Collaboration with technical, presales, and engineering teams to develop customized solutions is essential. The role also requires monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, and representing the company at industry events.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. The role requires 10 to 15 years of sales and business development experience, with a preference for experience in Smart Metering, Smart Grid, Utilities, or Energy Management sectors. Strong technical knowledge of Smart Metering systems and integration technologies is necessary. Proven experience in selling solutions related to AMI, AMR, MDM, HES, SCADA, EMS, or DMS is required. A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in complex B2B environments and a strong network within the utility, energy, and infrastructure sectors are essential.

Required Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are critical for this role. The Sales Manager must possess strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is considered an advantage. The role requires a willingness to travel as needed for business development and customer engagement.
