About The Entertainer - Sales Manager Role

The Entertainer is a digital company focused on providing valuable incentive offers to consumers globally. As a data-driven, tech-focused organization, we partner with renowned dining, leisure, entertainment, and hotel brands to deliver first-rate deals. This full-time Sales Manager position is based in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing existing merchant relationships within the F&B, Leisure, Entertainment, Beauty, and Fitness sectors. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensuring merchant satisfaction and participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
• Manage sales processes from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Oversee assigned territories to ensure merchant participation, retention, advertising revenue, and drive offer redemptions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, providing ongoing support and tactical promotions.
• Leverage data to support merchant retention strategies.
• Communicate and promote new products and initiatives to the merchant base.
• Prepare and submit regular status reports, including daily activities, closings, follow-ups, and KPI adherence.
• Conduct trade compliance checks.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within fast-paced industries such as hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
• A proven track record of past employment success.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and possess a strong understanding of its business environment and trends.
• Must have personal transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• Existing merchant relationships and a client base are preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires the candidate to be familiar with the local business landscape.
