About the Role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Designer with a focus on AI to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 5+ years of experience. The role involves developing brand identities, guidelines, and leveraging AI skills to create innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Deliver high-quality brand design outputs.
• Collaborate with design teams and AI team members to ensure brand image consistency.
• Troubleshoot design challenges and ensure consistency across all company platforms.
• Review product positioning and online marketing content for improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with emerging digital and AI trends to enhance work value.
• Articulate and present creative ideas and treatments effectively.
• Work with insights and strategy teams to develop and articulate creative concepts.
• Coordinate with multi-skilled teams including designers, strategists, researchers, and production specialists.
• Lead creative presentations and guide team members in presenting work.
• Monitor and share the latest design-related trends.
• Capture and document project case studies.
• Contribute to business development efforts, client opportunities, proposal writing, and presentations.
• Adhere to deadlines and manage budget constraints.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency in AI tools for design and broader content generation.
• Ability to work across various asset types (static, video, animation) and pivot existing content into testable assets.
• Strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction, and ideation skills with a digital-native understanding of platform effectiveness.
• Familiarity with best practices for digital social media deliverables, including video and display.
• Experience with creative graphic production design and image editing software (*, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strategic thinking with an understanding of branding processes and brand identity design.
• Familiarity with digital, social, web, and motion design principles.
