About the Role

McNoon Solution is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to oversee the successful launch, ongoing enhancement, and long-term scaling of its digital platform. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in product management or related fields. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role is central to aligning business objectives with user needs and development efforts, ensuring a robust foundation for future product growth.

Product Lifecycle Management

The Senior Product Manager will be the operational owner of the product lifecycle, driving initiatives from conception through launch and beyond. This includes managing product backlogs, planning releases, and translating business requirements into detailed user stories and specifications. Close collaboration with development teams is essential to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and to maintain accountability across internal and external teams. The role also involves leading acceptance testing and release validation to uphold product quality standards.

Launch and Growth Strategy

A key responsibility is owning product launch planning and execution, tracking critical milestones, coordinating cross-functional activities, and mitigating launch risks. Post-launch, the focus shifts to developing the enhancement roadmap, supporting expansion into new features and markets, and defining product performance metrics and KPIs. Identifying scalability opportunities across technology, processes, and operations, and collaborating with the CTO on long-term platform evolution are also integral to this role.

AI Adoption and Vendor Management

This position will serve as an internal champion for AI adoption, leading the strategy to integrate AI capabilities across product and operations. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing AI integration opportunities, evaluating and onboarding AI vendors and solutions, and establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI use. The role also involves acting as the primary operational interface with external development partners, monitoring their delivery quality and timelines, and ensuring product documentation is maintained.

Organizational Readiness and Regulatory Acumen

The Senior Product Manager will contribute to building product management processes and governance frameworks, establishing documentation standards, and supporting the transition from outsourced development to internal product ownership. A strong understanding of the Saudi regulatory environment, including data localization requirements, PDPL, CITC regulations, and Vision 2030 digital economy frameworks, is crucial. Experience operating within the Saudi market or GCC region is highly preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Proven experience launching digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with outsourced software development teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory landscape.
• Startup or high-growth technology experience is highly desirable.
