About the Team Leader Role

Unipart is seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to join our operations in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading, managing, and motivating a team of warehouse associates to achieve business objectives through continuous improvement, operational quality, and attentive customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets.
• Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to all on-site Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards for stock accuracy and operational quality control.
• Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure all operational requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and engage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to influence and support colleagues at all levels.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and driving operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
