Join Nice One as a Salesperson in Taif!
Drive in-store and field sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to commercial growth. This role supports diversity and inclusion, welcoming all candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, product demonstrations, and consultative conversations.
Greet customers, identify needs, present product features, and maximize conversion.
Manage in-store merchandising to ensure attractive displays.
Conduct outbound sales and field visits to develop new customer relationships.
Process sales transactions accurately and follow company procedures.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to identify upsell opportunities.
Record customer interactions and sales activity in the company CRM.
Collaborate with various teams to coordinate stock levels and events.
Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or retail is a plus.
1+ years of retail or field sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation are encouraged to apply.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic numeracy and comfort with cash handling and POS systems.
Self-motivated, resilient, and positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Fluency in Arabic and good English preferred.
