At Eram Talent, we are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, and large-scale infrastructure projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in leading maintenance and construction-related engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams for construction and maintenance requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and direct construction and maintenance activities to meet project milestones.
• Manage Construction Subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and execute construction and maintenance plans for efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international standards and project specifications.
• Identify and implement improvements in construction and operational practices.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues to maintain timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years of work experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, and industry regulations.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
