Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries efficiently.
- Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience for Guests.
- Complete audit procedures as required.
- Maintain open communication with Front Office Management.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
- Assist with training and development of the Night Team.
- Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services.
- Follow correct procedures for currency and payment acceptance.
- Comply with hotel security and health regulations.
What We Are Looking For:
Candidates should possess:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
- Completed high school or equivalent.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to high customer service standards.
- Good grooming standards and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Competent IT skills.
