SVAX is seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to support the company's day-to-day legal operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong English and Arabic drafting skills, eager to navigate complex commercial and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements in English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company interests.
• Analyze contractual risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Provide timely legal support on contractual, regulatory, and governance matters.
• Maintain knowledge of Saudi Companies Law and ensure compliance.
• Support dispute-related matters, including arbitration clauses and cross-border contract reviews.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, approvals, signature, and storage.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and prepare necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong drafting and review skills in English and Arabic.
• Solid understanding of Saudi Companies Law and commercial regulations.
• Knowledge of international arbitration concepts.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively.

As a Legal Specialist at JTI, you will play a crucial role in supporting governmental engagements and tasks within our legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Licensing & Governmental Procedural Tasks: Lead, supervise, and manage operational licensing and governmental procedures.
• Database & Archiving Tasks: Serve as the project lead for CLM and data privacy policy, handling filing and archiving.
• Corporate Governance Tasks: Act as the legal lead for corporate governance tasks including Board meetings.
• Business Contracts Tasks: Draft, negotiate, and review business contracts for JTI KSA.
• Litigation & External Counsel Management Tasks: Support on employment issues and assist in internal investigation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (*** degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in multinational organizations or international law firms.
• Native Arabic speaker with proficient English skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
