SVAX is seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to support the company's day-to-day legal operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong English and Arabic drafting skills, eager to navigate complex commercial and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements in English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company interests.
Analyze contractual risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
Provide timely legal support on contractual, regulatory, and governance matters.
Maintain knowledge of Saudi Companies Law and ensure compliance.
Support dispute-related matters, including arbitration clauses and cross-border contract reviews.
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, approvals, signature, and storage.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and prepare necessary documentation.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong drafting and review skills in English and Arabic.
Solid understanding of Saudi Companies Law and commercial regulations.
Knowledge of international arbitration concepts.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proven ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively.
