Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs, routine servicing, and operations of HVAC systems.
  • Operate and maintain the energy management system to control room temperatures.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and repairs of various HVAC units.
  • Troubleshoot gas and electric heating systems.
  • Inspect and repair HVAC equipment including compressors and evaporators.
  • Utilize tools and equipment for diagnosis and repair.
  • Maintain detailed work orders and records.

Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical systems is required. Proficient in using hand and power tools, and possess excellent data entry, computer skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and troubleshoot PLC-based or controller-based systems.
  • Proficiency in using gauges, multimeters, vacuum pumps, and recovery units.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols for handling refrigerants, pressurized equipment, and electrical systems.
