Job Summary:
As a Home Lab Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting various specimen samples in a home setting and ensuring they are accurately labeled and transported to our laboratory.

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify correct patients by verifying their full names and matching them with requisition details.
Withdraw blood samples using proper laboratory procedures, ensuring correct tube selection.
Label specimens accurately and record data on laboratory requisition forms.
Instruct patients on the correct method to collect urine specimens.
Process laboratory requisitions for routine and reference tests.
Maintain communication with team members regarding any complications.
Follow safety rules and report potential hazards.
Organize work for effective time utilization and report to work as scheduled.
Greet patients courteously and work on establishing a good rapport with co-workers.
Demonstrate competence in various phlebotomy procedures and assist in staff orientation as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned and provide regular progress reports.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medical Technology.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy or closely related fields.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.

بناء وإدارة علاقات مع الكافيهات، المطاعم، الفنادق، وشركات التشغيل.

تقديم المنتجات وشرح المعالجات والتحميص بشكل احترافي.

متابعة العملاء وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية.

إدارة العروض والتفاوض على الطلبات الكبيرة.

المتطلبات الأساسية:

خبرة سابقة في بيع القهوة أو العمل مع محمصة / مورد قهوة.

معرفة حقيقية بمحاصيل القهوة ومعالجاتها والتحميص.

امتلاك قاعدة عملاء أو داتا في قطاع القهوة (ميزة قوية).

توفر وسيلة مواصلات.

شخصية مبيعات ميدانية، تركّز على النتائج وتحقيق الأهداف.
